Will these fit in my walking shoes?

 Yes. SoluSole insoles are designed to replace your existing insoles in most footwear—walking shoes, sneakers, casual shoes, and even some slippers with removable insoles. They're easy to trim with regular scissors for a perfect fit. Simply remove your old insole, trace it onto the SoluSole, and trim to size.

Are these difficult to put in? I'm not very handy.

Not at all. If you can use scissors, you can set these up. Remove your shoe's existing insole, place the SoluSole on top of it, trace around it with a pen, and trim along the line. The whole process takes about 5 minutes. Many customers have their spouse or a family member help if needed.

Will they help with my heel pain/plantar fasciitis?

Many of our customers—especially those over 55—report significant relief from heel pain and plantar fasciitis symptoms. The combination of deep heel cushioning (to replace lost natural fat pad) and supportive arch design (to reduce strain on the plantar fascia) addresses the two main causes of heel pain.
