We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all Quietaa devices. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will process a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at shop@quietaa.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original packaging. The device must not show signs of physical damage caused by misuse. All original accessories and components must be included.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Quietaa device arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shop@quietaa.com with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your device for a different model, please contact us at shop@quietaa.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
