We offer completely free shipping on every single order across the United States. No minimum order value. No hidden fees. Free shipping, always.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Free): 5–8 business days. Express Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days at an additional cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Delays
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at shop@quietaa.com and we will investigate immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days at shop@quietaa.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
