Product Returns
Your pet's wellbeing is always our number one priority. Because we can't verify the freshness or condition of our edible products once they've left our hands, we're unable to accept returns on them. After speaking with our customer care team at shop@wuggos.com, we'll encourage you to pay it forward by donating the product to a pup in need — because every dog deserves a little extra care.
For non-edible products, please note that return shipping will need to be covered by you. That said, we're happy to reimburse up to $7 of your shipping cost as Wuggos store credit — our small way of making the process a little easier.
Subscription Cancellations
